NSP Inventories Limited was established in 2021. As an Estate Agent and Private Landlord, I have used many inventory clerks over the years and have not been 100% satisfied with the service I was receiving. This prompted me to gain the correct knowledge and training to become an independent inventory clerk. I have been fortunate enough to provide over 700 detailed reports to both Estate Agents and private landlords.

Why choose us?
All reports are highly detailed with a large quantity of pictures taken. All pictures are date and time-stamped; this provides an accurate snapshot of the property at that given time and of the contents whilst the report is being generated. This is essential in the event a dispute arises.
Our prices are fair and competitive – you only pay the fee quoted. We do not charge additional fees for parking or entering a ULEZ area or Congestion Zone.
Reports can be provided as soon as 24 hours after the inspection.
